North American Computational Linguistics Olympiad

What is it?

North American Computational Linguistics Olympiad (NACLO) is a contest in which high school students compete to solve creative puzzles in linguistics and computational linguistics. Winners of this competition will be eligible to compete in International Linguistics Olympiad!

Text Machine Lab for Natural Language Processing at UMass Lowell's Department of Computer Science is hosting this event in Lowell! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

The olympiad will take place in Dandeneau Hall, Room 309. See the sidebar for directions. If you have any troubles getting there call or text 978-677-4216.

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance of the event.

Parking is available in the Cumnock visitor parking lot. Please notify the parking attendant that you are here for the NACLO event organized by Prof. Rumshisky from the Computer Science Department.
